We at Zink London work hard to provide our customers with great fits, latest fashion trends, comfy styles that too at affordable prices. However, if you by any chance did not like the fit, colour or design of the purchased product, we also have a smooth return/ exchange process as well.
Please note, you can simply return the product within 30 days of delivery.
To return a product, use our easy return process online by logging in to your Zink London account. You may find a return button against delivered orders in the ‘My Orders’ section on the website.
Please note, sometimes it may take 24hrs after the delivery for the return button to appear on the website.
Products purchased on sale, where the discount exceeds 50% of the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), will not be eligible for return or exchange.
The Return Process -
Log in to your account at zinklondon.in
Go to 'My Orders' section
Click on the 'Return/Exchange' button next to the Order you wish to return or exchange
Your return pick-up will be done within 2-3 business days.
Remember the below points in order to make the returns/exchanges hassle free.
Return requests need to be made within 30 days of the delivery of the products.
All returned items must be unused for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging, tags & invoice in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
There should not be any perfume or body odour in the garment and make sure the product is unwashed.
The Shipping Charge charged at the time of placing the order is non-refundable.
Please note at the time of refund for your order, any applied coupons or discounts will be deducted from the refund amount accordingly.
In case you receive a damaged/defective garment, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a photo of the garment at customercare@zinklondon.in
In cases where reverse pick-up is not applicable or if you choose to self-ship the products you must intimate/inform our team by sending an email to customercare@zinklondon.in before sending the products. Please note only 100/- is reimbursable against the self-ship charges.
Please note that a deduction of ₹100 will be applied to your refund if the free gift is not returned along with the purchased product.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
Refunds for COD orders are credited to the wallet.
Refunds for Prepaid orders are made to the original source of payment.
The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of pickup, followed by the completion of a quality check.
Please note, some banks take a few days to credit the refund in the account. Your patience and cooperation would be highly appreciated.
You are requested to share your correct order number in all your emails. Our team will not be able to help you with any enquiry if the order number is not mentioned in the email/s.
