Returns and Refunds
We at Zink London work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion trends at affordable prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return the product within 15 days of delivery.
To return a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your zinklondon account. You may find a return button against delivered orders in My Orders section on the website.
Please note, sometimes it may take 24hrs after the delivery for the return button to appear on the website.
The Return process -
- Log in to your account at zinklondon.in
- Go to 'My Orders' section
- Click on the 'Return' button next to the Order you wish to returns
Your return pick-up will be done within 2-3 working days.
Remember the below points in order to make the returns easy and simple -
- Returns request need to be made within 15 days of the delivery of products.
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging, tags & invoice in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. There should not be any perfume or body odour in the garment.
- Shipping Charges (charged at the time of placing the order) are non-refundable.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective garment, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a photo of the garment at customercare@zinklondon.in
- In cases where reverse pick-up may not apply or if you choose to self-ship the products you must intimate/inform our team by sending an email to customercare@zinklondon.in before sending the products. An amount of only 100/- is reimbursable against the self-ship charges.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
Refund for the online orders are made to the original source of payment.
Refund for the COD orders are made to the bank account of the customer. You are requested to share your bank details (Account Number, Account Holder’s Name, IFSC Code, Name of the Bank) to customercare@zinklondon.in along with your order number & mobile number.
Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the return at our shipping address.
Please note, some banks take few days to credit the refund in the account. Your patience and co-operation would be highly appreciated.
To avoid delay in refunds, please send us an email at customercare@zinklondon.in with the correct order details after the pickup is done.
You are requested to share your correct order number in all your emails. Our team will not be able to help you with any inquiry if the order number is not mentioned in the email/s.
